Novotel Toronto Centre is a 100% smoke-free property.
Are you pet-friendly?
Yes, Novotel Toronto Centre is a pet-friendly hotel. We have a one-time per-stay (per-room) pet fee of $75+tax. Service animals and support animals with ID will be exempt.

Do you have early departure fee?
Yes, early departure fee is one night penalty.
Do you have a late check out? Is there a fee?
Late check-out fees are as follows:
12 pm to 2 pm : 50% off daily rate
2 pm and later: Full day rate
Is my I.D. required at check-in?
Valid government issued photo ID or Passport is required for check in.
How much do you charge for Wi-Fi access?

The minimum age is 18 years old.
Can I check-in with my debit card?
Valid credit cards are required upon check in. No prepaid or debit cards will be accepted.
Is there a cancellation/deposit fee?
Yes, it is one night with room and tax if canceled after 3 PM EST 1 day prior to scheduled arrival date.
What forms of payment are accepted?
All major credit cards are accepted. Credit cards are accepted upon check in. No cash deposits will be accepted for incidentals, only credit cards.
